Ahmed Faraz brought a professional background in Hospitality and Tourism Management, along with practical experience in understanding traveler expectations. He recognized that customers needed a transportation provider capable of managing airport pickups, hotel transfers, intercity routes, group movements, and changing schedules with professionalism.
When Ahmed met Usman Shamsi, they discovered a shared vision for building a trusted Saudi travel services company. Both believed that reliable transportation should include responsive support, transparent communication, respectful service, and proper operational planning.
The name Mirfaq was selected because it represents ease, comfort, support, and facilitation. These principles became the foundation of the company’s approach.
