How do I book a transport with Mirfaq?
Booking takes about a minute. Choose your route (or a ziyarat trip), pick your vehicle, and your fixed price appears instantly in SAR. Enter your details and confirm, and you'll receive a booking confirmation voucher with your trip details. There's no waiting for a quote. Before your pickup, we share your driver's details so you can coordinate easily.
Are your prices fixed, or are there hidden charges?
Our prices are fixed and shown upfront, before you book. The SAR amount on your voucher is what you pay for that trip, with no hidden fees for the agreed route and vehicle. Additional stops, route changes, or extended waiting (if you request them) may carry an extra charge, agreed in advance wherever possible.
How and when do I pay?
You pay in cash, on arrival, directly to your driver, in SAR, as shown on your voucher. There is no online payment, and we never ask for your card or bank details. Please keep the correct fare ready for a smooth handover.
Which cities and routes do you cover?
We provide private ground transport across Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah, and Taif, including airport transfers, intercity transfers, station and hotel transfers, and ziyarat (visitation) trips. If you need a route that isn't listed, you can send a custom route request and we'll get back to you.
What vehicles do you offer, and how many passengers can travel?
We offer a range of well-maintained vehicles to suit your group size and luggage, from cars for smaller groups to larger vehicles such as Hiace, Staria, GMC, Coaster, and buses for bigger families and groups. Each vehicle's capacity is shown when you book, so you can choose one that comfortably fits your passengers and luggage.
How do I meet my driver at the airport?
For airport pickups, please share your flight details when booking. We track your arrival where possible, and your driver will be ready to meet you, with a complimentary waiting period to allow for normal arrival procedures. Please make sure your flight information and contact number (including WhatsApp) are correct so coordination is smooth.
Can I book more than one trip at the same time?
Yes. You can add multiple trips to a single booking — for example an airport pickup, an intercity transfer, and a ziyarat trip — and you'll receive one combined voucher listing every trip with a clear total. You can add or remove trips before you confirm.
Can I book a multi-city route?
Yes. You can combine multiple routes in one booking using the multi-trip option, so a journey that covers more than one city is handled together and shown on a single voucher with the full total.
When will I get my driver's details, and how will you contact me?
Your driver is assigned 12 hours before your trip, and our team will contact you 24 hours before your travel date to confirm the details. We mainly coordinate over WhatsApp, so please provide a valid WhatsApp number.
What is the cancellation policy?
If your plans change, please contact us as early as possible so we can adjust your arrangements and inform your driver. Because you pay on arrival, changes and cancellations made with reasonable notice are straightforward. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
Do you provide Umrah visas or packages?
At the moment we focus on ground transport. Umrah packages and visa services are coming soon. For now, you can book your transport with us for a smooth, comfortable journey across the holy cities.
Do you offer services for travel agents?
Yes. We work with travel agents through a dedicated agent portal with special wholesale rates and white-label vouchers. If you're an agent, you can register through our agent portal to get started.
